About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Trade Sourcer website and services, operated by Trade Sourcer. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service: sourcing broker, not the seller

Trade Sourcer is a business-to-business sourcing broker. We surface vetted overseas supplier lots and introduce local buyers to sourcing opportunities. We are an introducer and facilitator: any purchase is a separate transaction whose final terms, pricing, payment, and delivery are agreed directly between the parties, typically over WhatsApp or email. Listings on the site are invitations to enquire, not binding offers of sale, and availability, pricing, and specifications can change or be withdrawn at any time.

Eligibility and accounts

The service is for businesses and trade buyers only; it is not intended for consumers. You confirm that you are registering on behalf of a business and are authorised to do so. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate registration information.

Buyer responsibilities and parallel importing

Offers may concern parallel-imported goods: genuine branded goods sourced outside the official local importer. Whether parallel importing is lawful, and on what conditions, depends on your market. As the buyer and importer of record, you are solely responsible for:

• Confirming that importing and reselling the goods is lawful in your market, including any trademark-exhaustion rules.
• Meeting all import-compliance obligations: labelling, product registration or certification, customs duties, taxes, and any sector-specific rules.
• Satisfying yourself as to the specification, fitness, and suitability of any lot for your market before committing.

Authenticity

We source from suppliers we vet for reliability and, to the extent reasonably possible, for authenticity, and we deal in genuine goods, not counterfeits. We do not, however, act as the brand owner or its authorised distributor, and specific authenticity assurances, documentation, and provenance for any given lot are matters to raise and agree in the deal conversation.

No affiliation with brands

Trade Sourcer is an independent sourcing broker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by any brand shown on the site. All trademarks, trade names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify genuine goods.

Pricing information

Indicative resale prices shown to registered buyers are indications only, not quotes or offers, and do not include freight, duties, taxes, or other landed costs. Final pricing is agreed directly for each deal.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing, price, or specification is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Sourcer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of the service or from any transaction you enter into with a supplier. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it unlawfully, scraping data at scale, interfering with its operation, or using it to infringe others' rights.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to Trade Sourcer, and disputes are subject to the courts of the place where the provider is established.
